4. If you need to return a part after obtaining a RMA number please mail it to:

• If a support technician has determined that a part needs to be replaced they will give you a

• RMA number and where to send the part or any other contact information you will need at that time.

• Roberts computer system will pay for shipping if warranty part is in its first year of warranty

Warranty information is as follows...

1. Case - 1 year parts and 1 year labor.

2. Monitor - 3 year parts and labor. (most Viewsonic monitors come w/ 3 yr warranty)

3. Speakers - 1 year parts and labor.

4. Keyboard - 1 year parts and labor.

5. Mouse - 1 year parts and labor.

6. Processor - 3 year parts and 1 year labor. (unless specified as boxed edition w/ 3 yr warranty)

7. Motherboard - 3 year parts and 1 year labor. (unless specified as boxed edition w/ 3 yr warranty)

8. Video card - 3 year parts and 1 year labor.

9. LAN - onboard (covered by motherboard warranty)

10. Sound - onboard (covered by motherboard warranty) sound card add-in 3 years parts 1 year labor.

11. Power supply - 1 years part and 1 year labor.

12. Software - This is provided by Microsoft and is in your "getting stated" booklet from them.

13. Modem - 1 year parts and 1 year labor.

14. Floppy drive - 1 year parts and 1 year labor.

15. CD-RW-DVD drive - 1 year parts and 1 year labor.

16. CD-RW drive - 1 year parts and 1 year labor.

17. DVD-R+RW (etc etc) 1 year parts and 1 year labor.

        If by some reason it is deemed that the part in question has been misused or tampered with in

        any way this will in effect null and void the warranty on that particular item. All shipping cost from

        the customer to Roberts Electronics (hereby know as the "seller") shall be paid for by the customer.

        all shipping cost from the seller to the customer shall be paid for by the seller. All 1 year labor cost

        will be paid for by the seller at up to but not exceeding $45.00 per incident.
